At Aunica, Alvaro leads the product development team, helping shape the product through research, clinical evidence, and close collaboration with clients. His motivation is personal: after going through treatment himself and later working with others in recovery, he started Aunica with Jackson to use technology to help more people at a larger scale.
At Aunica, Jackson leads the sales team and focuses on the company's direction, network, fundraising, finances, and customer success. He experienced treatment as a client and then worked with people in recovery as a therapeutic field guide in Utah and Costa Rica. He built Aunica with Alvaro to help the programs that directly impacted his life.
At Aunica, Andrew leads business development and helps shape the company’s growth, partnerships, and implementation strategy. He brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, including founding and leading his own treatment program that served hundreds of young adults and families. Andrew joined Aunica because he believes Contingency Management can help treatment programs improve engagement, strengthen recovery, and create better outcomes for the people they serve.
Dr. Nick Hayes brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health. As Chief Science Officer at Cumberland Heights, he leads efforts in research, quality improvement, technology integration, and marketing strategy.
Dr. Drummond, Chief Medical Officer of UHS and former Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services at HCA Healthcare, brings extensive expertise in mental health and healthcare strategy to Aunica’s Advisory Board.
Jonathan Dyke, a professor of Business Development at Vanderbilt University, has a strong track record in building and scaling startups. His industry expertise and mentorship make him a valuable addition to Aunica’s Advisory Board.
Frank, is a seasoned financial expert with deep expertise in risk management and strategic finance. With a BA in Economics and an MBA from Vanderbilt, he brings valuable insight to Aunica’s Advisory Board.
