Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence (AI) to provide users with personalized mental health support based on both self-reported and passively gathered data. Our AI model is designed to simulate human-like conversations, offering recommendations and tracking user progress over time. We train and refine the model through data collected in text-based sessions, ensuring it responds appropriately to different mental health needs. The model builds user profiles to deliver tailored suggestions and goals. We use your personal information, but only after it has been de-identified so that all information that enabled you to be identified has been removed, to train our AI model unless you opt out of such use either when you register for an account with us or when you opt out using your personal settings, or by contacting us using the Contact Us information below. We also collect information from third-party sources, like information that is publicly available on the Internet, to develop our AI model.

Our site is not intended for or designed to attract children under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children we actually know are under 13, or the relevant minimum age under applicable law. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under the age of 13 has given us personal information, please contact us so we may delete the information.
